Job Description

Core responsibilities

Lead generation:

Make outbound calls to potential buyers or tenants to introduce property listings and generate new leads.

Appointment setting:

Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.

Client interaction:

Answer inbound calls, provide information about properties, and handle client objections.

Database management:

Update and maintain accurate client and lead information in a CRM system.

Sales support:

Follow up on leads, build relationships, and identify potential sales opportunities to help the sales team meet targets.
Key skills and qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with real estate properties and market trends is often preferred. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including patience. Experience with CRM systems is beneficial. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Typically requires a high school diploma, and often welcomes entry-level candidates with strong communication skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
