Key Responsibilities
Communicate with students and ICA centers through phone calls and emails.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, processes, and support.
Ensure smooth coordination between students, centers, and internal teams.
Maintain proper records of calls, emails, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Perform timely follow-ups to ensure query resolution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in
Hindi, English, and Bengali
(spoken and written).
Basic working knowledge of
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Email).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
