: Academic Coordinator / Education Relationship Executive Role Overview:
The academic coordinator will act as a key point of contact between guardians and the organization. The role involves understanding academic requirements, coordinating suitable tutor allocations, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication while maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage academic requirements from guardians through calls, messages, and internal leads.
Communicate with guardians to clearly understand students' academic needs, preferred subjects, class level, board, schedule, and other specific expectations.
Identify, shortlist, and allocate suitable tutors based on guardian requirements and organizational standards.
Coordinate between guardians and tutors to ensure smooth initiation and continuation of tuition services.
Generate new leads through follow-ups, referrals, and internal/external sources as assigned.
Maintain proper documentation of guardian details, tutor allocation records, follow-up status, and feedback.
Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely and accurate task completion.
Maintain regular follow-ups with guardians and tutors to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.
Address and resolve basic queries or concerns raised by guardians or tutors, escalating issues when required.
Ensure professional, polite, and clear communication at all times with guardians, tutors, and internal teams.
Support monthly feedback calls, class status updates, and coordination for tests or meetings when required.
Follow company policies, operational guidelines, and quality standards strictly.
Assist the team during peak admission periods and new academic session onboarding.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Ability to understand client requirements and match them with appropriate solutions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication).
Ability to work under deadlines and handle work pressure professionally.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Operations Manager / Academic Head
Performance Expectations:
Timely closure of guardian requirements.
Accuracy in tutor allocation.
Professional communication and follow-up quality.
Lead conversion and service satisfaction levels.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in education coordination, customer handling, or sales support is an added advantage.
