We are looking for a skilled and energetic Telecaller executive to join our team and help us expand our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads from various sources and convert them into registration process.
Communicate with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong lead pipelines.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance regularly.
Assist in organizing cultural events and maintaining related documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Customer Service / Inside Sales.
Excellent communication skills (Bengali , Hindi and/or English).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of cultural educations.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.

20 - 35 years.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred:
Candidates with a background or experience in
music, dance, or other cultural fields
will be given added preference.
