Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote real estate projects.

Information Provider:

Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and company services clearly and compellingly.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule site visits and meetings between clients and sales representatives.

Customer Engagement:

Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and resolve basic issues.

Data Management:

Maintain updated customer information and call logs in the database/CRM.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and achieve sales targets.

Follow-Up:

Conduct regular follow-ups with potential buyers to ensure timely communication.
Essential Skills:

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills, active listening, and articulation.

Persuasion:

Ability to convince clients about property benefits.

Product Knowledge:

Basic understanding of real estate products (training often provided).

Patience & Empathy:

To handle client concerns and build relationships.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software and data entry.
