Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller - Health Insurance to contact potential customers, explain health insurance plans, and assist them in choosing the best policy as per their needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain health insurance products

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable health insurance plans

Answer customer queries regarding policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and claims

Follow up with interested customers to close sales

Maintain customer data and call records accurately

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language

Basic knowledge of health insurance (training will be provided)

Ability to convince and handle customer objections

Comfortable with targets and sales-oriented roles

Basic computer knowledge
