Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and consulting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in cold calling, and the ability to manage and track leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce company services and identify business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build rapport and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Lead Generation: Source, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and online research.
Lead Assignment: Assign qualified leads to Sales Consultants and ensure timely follow-ups.
Scheduling Meetings: Arrange, coordinate, and confirm meetings between clients and consultants.
Meeting Follow-through: Ensure scheduled meetings take place; follow up on no-shows and reschedules.
CRM Management: Update and maintain all lead details, progress, and interactions in Zoho CRM.
Reporting: Share daily/weekly reports on lead activities and meeting outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Com or higher
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or similar roles
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Other Skills:
Strong follow-up ability
Time management and multitasking
