We are looking for a hardworking and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services, and generating leads or converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide quality service.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for closures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
