Job Description

The Telecaller Executive is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to reach out to potential customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and customer-oriented service.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services. Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer databases and call records. Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely closures. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Resolve customer queries or complaints in a professional manner. Report daily call outcomes and feedback to the team leader/supervisor. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign improvements.

Required Skills and Competencies:



Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, and English. Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls. Good computer and CRM data entry skills. Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.

Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers may also apply).

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
