Telecaller

to join our customer and sales support team.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and distributors. Explain product details (Cajons, Jambox, musical accessories, etc.) clearly and confidently. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up on leads, quotations, and order updates. Maintain call logs, customer data, and sales records. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer service. Build positive relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in

Bengali, Hindi, and basic English

. Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle calls professionally. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM preferred). Freshers can apply. Experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
