Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls

Customer support

Maintain customer records
: Accurately update and manage customer information in the company's database.
Provide feedback
: Report recurring issues and customer feedback to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Follow up
: Ensure timely follow-up with customers for any unresolved queries or additional assistance.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
: Prior 0 to 1 year experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.

Problem-solving skills
