Telecaller
. As a telecaller, you will guide students, handle inquiries, and assist our admissions team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding educational programs
Explain courses, career paths, admissions, and university details
Maintain records of calls and follow-up details
Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team
Handle basic queries politely and professionally
Meet daily and weekly calling targets
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Freshers can apply
Good communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Pleasant personality and willingness to learn
Salary
Starting Salary:
?10,000 - ?14,000 per month
(based on communication skills)
Incentives based on performance
