Make outbound calls to potential and existing travel agents customers to generate bookings and leads.
Explain hotel packages, facilities, and offers clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and reservations team to ensure smooth communication and booking process.
Handle guest queries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Prepare and maintain call reports and submit regular updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years
of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (hospitality background preferred) or travel agency
Excellent
communication skills
in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Strong persuasion, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge
