About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated

Tele Caller Executives (Freshers)

to join our growing team.
As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients, playing a key role in generating leads, following up on inquiries, and providing accurate information about our educational programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to provide information about courses and admission processes. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential leads. Maintain follow-up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Schedule appointments for counseling sessions or meetings with senior counselors. Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction during every interaction. Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and seminars when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

Higher Secondary (10+2)

or

Bachelor's Degree

in any field.

Freshers are welcome

; training will be provided. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Good listening skills and a friendly, confident tone. Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using digital tools. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset.
