The Travel Konnection is a growing travel agency based in Kolkata, offering domestic and international holiday packages, flight bookings, visa services, and customized travel planning. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
Explain travel packages, offers, and services clearly and confidently.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain customer database and follow up regularly for conversion.
Work closely with the sales and operations team to assist in closures.
Requirements:
Experience:
0.6 to 2 years in telecalling / customer service / sales.
Education:
Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) or Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in
Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle queries and maintain conversations.
Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp & calling software.
