Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Australia to promote products/services or generate leads.
Handle inbound queries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Follow communication scripts and comply with company and client policies.
Provide feedback to the team leader/supervisor to improve call quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, process updates, and Australian market trends.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
6 months - 2 years in international voice process (preferably Australian or UK shift). Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English with neutral/accented tone.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
