Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cold calling and Lead generation for our in-house product
2. Call prospects, explain product offered by the company, make appointments for the sales team.
3. Contacting existing customers.
4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
5. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
6.Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Skills Required:

1. Hindi (Preferred) & English Communication (Written & Verbal) skills must be very good with clarity.
2. Explaining and Understanding capacity.
3. Basic understanding of software industry and have a natural inclination into recent software development
4. Retention & Recall
5. Active Listening and responding accordingly
6. Sales experience (good to have)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,523.96 - ₹15,000.00 per month
