As the voice of our institution, you will connect with prospective students over the phone, provide them with accurate course information, and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Follow-ups:
Contact potential students from various lead sources and engage them effectively.
Information & Guidance:
Explain program features, eligibility, and career benefits clearly over calls.
Lead Conversion:
Motivate students to take the next step and complete enrollment.
Data Management:
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
Daily Reporting:
Share daily updates on call performance and targets achieved.
Coordination:
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth communication and follow-up.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
Minimum
1 years
in
Tele calling / Inside Sales / Counselling
, preferably in the
education industry
.
Communication Skills:
Excellent spoken communication
in
English, Hindi
, and Bengali ( Manadatory)
Personality:
Confident, presentable ,persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
