Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's database.

? Introduce and explain Trip & Event's travel packages, offers, and services in a clear and engaging manner.

? Maintain a professional tone while promoting the brand and creating awareness.

? Generate leads and encourage customers to explore our services.

? Keep records of customer interactions and update the database as needed.

? Work closely with the team to achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

? Female candidates preferred.

? Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

? Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.

? Willingness to learn; prior experience in travel or telesales will be beneficial but not mandatory.

? Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
