We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Telecalling Collection Executive
to handle overdue payments from customers. The role requires making outbound calls, following up on pending dues, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring timely recovery while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections.
Follow up on overdue accounts through regular telephonic communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Negotiate and convince customers to make timely payments.
Resolve queries regarding outstanding dues and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets as set by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during communication.
Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve collection strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred).
Good listening and negotiation ability.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and difficult conversations with professionalism.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
