Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. Explain products/services and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain call logs and follow up with leads as required. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Maintain professionalism and build strong rapport with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus). Confident, polite, and persuasive in conversation. Basic knowledge of computers and phone etiquette. Freshers welcome; prior telecalling experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 - ?15,000 per month (Based on experience & skills) Incentives: Performance-based incentives available Office Lunch Cab Service, Pick Up & Drop From Ultodanga & Chingrighata.
