We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to handle client inquiries and generate interest in our services, including Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Graphic Design. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients over the phone, share service details, discuss pricing, negotiate as required, and then transfer qualified leads to the respective department or sales team for closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries regarding our services.
Clearly explain service offerings (Digital Marketing, Web Development, Graphics Design) and pricing to clients.
Build rapport with clients, answer basic queries, and create initial interest.
Negotiate with clients within defined limits to encourage service adoption.
Qualify leads and transfer them to the designated person/department for final closure.
Maintain call records, update CRM/lead sheet, and track follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasive skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred).
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Graphics Design services.
Good negotiation and objection-handling ability.
Confidence, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
Prior telecalling or telesales experience preferred.
Ability to work with CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking.
