We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our customer service team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the database regularly.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and service targets.
Coordinate with the team to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
