As a Telecalling Executive in the Service Department at Saini Toyota, your primary role is to communicate with existing and potential customers over the phone to remind, schedule, and follow up on vehicle service appointments. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and feedback.
Schedule and confirm service appointments as per customer convenience.
Handle inbound queries related to service booking, status, or rescheduling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop teams for smooth customer handling.
Promote value-added services and ongoing offers to customers.
Collect feedback post service and ensure timely issue resolution if any.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during all customer interactions.
