:

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller

to contribute to generating sales or handling customer support through direct telephone calls. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers, solving their queries, and maintaining good relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers. Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up with leads. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. Record and update customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in [English/Hindi/Local Language as required]. Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. Basic computer knowledge.
