Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and outbound follow-ups.
Explain room categories, pricing, offers, and package details to guests.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain daily call reports, enquiry logs, and booking updates.
Coordinate with reservation team, front office, and property managers.
Follow up with guests for confirmation, payments, and feedback.
Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Support in upselling resort services, packages, and promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and repeat customers.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English + regional languages preferred).
Confident phone handling and customer service ability.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM/PMS).
Strong sales mindset and ability to meet targets.
Good listening skills, patience, and positive attitude.
Qualifications
Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
Preferred: Experience in telecalling, reservations, customer support, or hospitality.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
