Law Firm and Staffing industry

, providing professional services to clients across the US. We are looking for a

Telecaller with US calling experience

to join our dynamic team immediately.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US clients and prospects. Handle inbound queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Prior US calling experience is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Ability to handle client conversations with professionalism. Available to join immediately. US Call centre experience is preferred
