We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

with

1-2 years of experience

in telecalling or customer service. The candidate will handle

inbound and outbound calls

, promote

travel packages and services

, and ensure effective follow-ups with customers while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

professionally Promote and explain

travel packages, offers, and services

to customers Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions Maintain proper

call records, customer details, and follow-up status

Perform regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings Resolve customer queries and provide basic support Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets Ensure good customer experience and relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-2 years of experience in

telecalling or customer service

Experience in

travel industry

or service sales is an added advantage Good communication skills in

Hindi and English

(mandatory) Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach Ability to handle objections and close leads Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, call logs)

Preferred Candidate Profile



Immediate joiner Prior experience in

telecalling / customer support / inside sales

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
