Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in
telecalling or customer service
Experience in
travel industry
or service sales is an added advantage
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
(mandatory)
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach
Ability to handle objections and close leads
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, call logs)
