Job Summary



We are looking for an energetic

Telecaller

to handle inbound and outbound calls related to

IndiaMART inquiries

. The role involves connecting with buyers/sellers, understanding requirements, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound & outbound calls

generated from

IndiaMART leads

Contact buyers/sellers to

understand product or service requirements

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

Qualify leads

and forward genuine prospects to the sales team Follow up with potential customers to increase conversions Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM Achieve

daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets

Resolve basic customer queries related to pricing, availability, and delivery Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Required Skills



Good

communication skills

(Hindi & basic English; regional language is a plus) Experience in

IndiaMART telecalling / B2B calling

preferred Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email) Convincing & negotiation skills Ability to handle rejection and work with targets Customer-focused attitude

Eligibility



Minimum:

12th Pass / Graduate

0-2 years experience

(IndiaMART experience is an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
