Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote event management services
Explain event packages, offerings, and promotions clearly and persuasively
Generate and qualify leads for the sales and event planning teams
Follow up with existing and prospective clients to maintain relationships
Maintain accurate call records, client details, and feedback in CRM or tracking systems
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation target
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or undergraduate (any discipline)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident phone etiquette and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or call management systems is an advantage
