Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project details
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
Address customer queries professionally and build rapport
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 2 years of experience as a telecaller (real estate preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Confident and persuasive communication style
Experience in lead generation and follow-ups
Comfortable with calling and achieving daily/weekly targets
