Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel bookings
Explain travel packages and services to customers
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain customer follow-ups and records
Eligibility Criteria:
Only Female Candidates
Mandatory experience in the Travel / Tour & Travel industry
Prior experience in telecalling or telesales preferred
Good communication skills
Candidates should be from Greater Noida or nearby areas (near Sector 132, Noida)
