Tele Caller Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining company projects/services, and generating leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries
Explain company projects, services, and offers clearly to customers
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain call records and customer details accurately
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and conversions
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling systems
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication
Customer handling skills
Confidence and persuasion ability
Time management and discipline
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary between ?8,000 - ?15,000 (based on experience & performance)
