Job Summary

The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote automobile products & services, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and supporting the sales & service team to achieve dealership targets. Following the same - they would be expected to make Post-Sales/Service calls for customer feedbacks and help in maintaining a positive relation with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers using the provided leads to introduce vehicles and dealership services. Follow up with existing customers for repeat business, service reminders, feedback or promotional offers. Answer customer queries regarding vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options. Provide information on ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers on products & services. Schedule showroom visits for prospective buyers/customers. Coordinate with the sales & service team to ensure a smooth handover of leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Update customer information and track lead progress. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to supervisors when necessary. Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and identifying customer needs. Promote accessories, extended warranties, or additional services as per dealership guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

: A Bachelor's degree is essential

Experience

: 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales,

preferably in the automobile industry

.

Skills

: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of automobiles and their features. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

Attributes

: Polite, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
