with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers, handle calls professionally, and support sales and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain daily call records and reports
Achieve assigned call and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or sales experience
Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage)
Strong convincing, and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems
Minimum qualification: Graduation
