Bigvisual Design is looking for a Female Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle outbound calling, client follow-ups, and service pitching for our creative and digital services. The role requires consistent communication with potential clients and a strong focus on follow-ups and lead conversion.
This is a target-based role with a fixed salary and incentives for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Perform regular and systematic follow-ups
Pitch company services including: Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Website Design & Development
Understand client requirements and explain services clearly
Maintain basic call and follow-up records
Work towards assigned daily and monthly targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidate required
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident and professional calling approach
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred (not mandatory)
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage
Salary & Growth
Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 - ?10,000 per month
