Roles & Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and explain company services.
? Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
? Maintain a database of calls and follow-ups in the system.
? Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings as required.
? Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
? Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
? Good verbal communication skills (English).
? Basic computer knowledge.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
