Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outgoing calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Follow up on leads provided by the company. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain call logs and prepare reports as required.

Requirements



Good communication skills (Hindi/English or local language). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred). Positive attitude and good listening skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Salary
