Job Description

Making Outbound Calls:

Reach out to potential or existing customers to promote services or products, share information, or follow up on leads.

Handling Inbound Calls:

Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and manage customer concerns efficiently.

Lead Generation:

Identify potential leads, gather customer information, and help in lead conversion through effective communication.

Maintaining Customer Records:

Keep detailed records of conversations with customers in the database, noting any issues, preferences, or special requests.

Sales and Upselling:

Cross-sell and upsell products/services to existing customers by identifying their needs and offering relevant solutions.

Providing Customer Support:

Assist customers by providing clear and concise information, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Script Adherence:

Follow a prescribed script or call structure to ensure consistency and professionalism in each interaction.

Achieving Targets:

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales or performance targets as set by the company.

Feedback and Reporting:

Report customer feedback, recurring issues, and market trends to relevant teams (sales, marketing, or product development).

Compliance with Regulations:

Ensure all calls comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection.

Skills & Qualifications:



Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills to interact clearly and persuasively with customers.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner.

Customer Service Orientation:

Ability to provide exceptional service and build rapport with customers.

Sales Skills:

Basic sales ability, including upselling and lead generation.

Computer Literacy:

Familiar with basic computer software, including MS Office and CRM systems.

Time Management:

Ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively within set time frames.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
