About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, and generating leads or sales while maintaining excellent communication and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system. Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments (if required). Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain professionalism during calls and ensure customer satisfaction. Report daily activities and feedback to the team leader/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (Freshers can also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred). Good listening skills and ability to explain information clearly.
