Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting product demos, and driving sales growth for our SaaS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous communication tone at all times.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or support.
Follow scripts, guidelines, and processes during calls.
Record customer information, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM/system.
Follow up with customers on pending queries or leads as required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals.
Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth customer handling.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
