Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services and handle queries. Maintain customer database and follow up regularly. Achieve daily/weekly targets. Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in [Language(s) - e.g., Hindi/English/Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work independently and in a team. Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
