Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
Manage inbound queries and provide appropriate information to clients.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and ensure timely communication.
Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Handle client objections and provide positive resolutions.
Work closely with the sales team to support overall business growth.
Skills & Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years as a Telecaller / Customer Service / Telesales Executive.
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling).
Pleasant voice and confident speaking skills.
