We are looking for a dedicated TeleCaller/Tele Counsellor to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling incoming enquiries, taking regular follow-ups, and generating leads. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and sharing relevant information about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
Follow up with leads regularly
Generate leads and maintain proper records
Counsel and guide prospects over the phone
Provide accurate information about courses/services
Maintain professionalism and positive customer interaction
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
