Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with call records and feedback.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Adhere to calling scripts, company policies, and quality standards.
