Maintain CRM records and follow up on inquiries.
Achieve daily and monthly call & conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred.
