KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
-Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
-Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
-Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities.
-Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
-Achieve daily and monthly call or sales targets.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role.-Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
-Strong customer service attitude with a positive and confident personality.
-Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated under pressure.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
