Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a telemarketer at Alterse Media in Gomtinagar, Lucknow. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, communication, customer service, and sales. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote products and services, answer queries, and schedule appointments.

Qualifications

Must have 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role Must have completed graduation or a diploma Fluent in English Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills Appointment Scheduling ability Sales experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus
