Lead Generation

Client Communication

: Engage with clients through calls to discuss their needs, offer services, and answer queries about media products.

Follow-Up

: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and secure sales.

Data Management

: Record and update client information, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Market Research

: Gather insights about market trends and client preferences to support the sales and marketing teams.

Sales Support

: Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Feedback Collection

: Collect and relay client feedback to help improve services and product offerings.

Goal Achievement

: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to align client needs with service offerings.

Product Knowledge

: Stay updated on the media channel's offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
