We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive to support sales and marketing activities for
Alibaba.com
services. This role involves lead generation, appointment scheduling, and assisting the sales team in onboarding business clients on Alibaba.com.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold call potential B2B clients and generate qualified leads
Perform data mining and update customer databases regularly
Schedule appointments and coordination for field sales meetings
Share product information and conduct follow-ups with prospects
Support email marketing and client engagement campaigns
Maintain call logs and report daily performance updates
Contribute to achieving monthly growth and sales targets
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident, persuasive, and positive attitude
Ability to understand customer needs
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email handling)
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
